It’s that time of the year when sellers are eager to get their homes listed for sale. Did you know your safety depends on the type of lockbox your real estate agent uses. A Youtube search shows hundreds of videos on how to open these types of lockboxes. One video actually had 1.6 million views instructing people how to access your key.
Thomas J. Real Estate does not use those style lockboxes. We recommend the use of the Supra
I-Boxes. When an agent schedules a tour of your home they have to update their app which verifies they are an active real estate agent. This system will also tell us when the agent entered your home and when they leave.
